GEOGRIDS PRODUCTS

1. BIAXIAL GEOGRIDS

Biaxial Geogrids are specifically designed for the stabilization and reinforcement of soil.These Geogrids are expertly manufactured at G.TEX using different grades of Polypropylene (PP) and are produced using an extrusion and stretching method that yields Geogrids with highly increased tensile properties in both machine and transverse directions.

2. UNIXIAL GEOGRIDS

provides Unixial Geogrids that are specifically designed for the soil reinforcement,especially in earth retaining walls,slopes and short width embankments.

 

These Geogrids are produced from High Density Polythylene(HDPE) using an extrusion and stretching method that yields Geogrids with highly increased tensile properties in one direction only (machine direction),therefore the term ‘unixial’.

3. EXTRUDED POLYMER GRIDS

manufactures a wide range of Extruded Polymer Grids from carbon-cured High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) through a unique thermoplastic
extrusion process (rotating die technology for diamond shaped) to produce many variations of grids.Additives are used to enhance the characteristics of a particular polymer,for example,to provide color or U.V.resistance properties.

4. GEOCELLS

provides Geocells (also known as cellular confinement systems) which are three-dimensional honeycomb like cellular structures that form a confinement system when filled with a wide range of compacted materials: aggregate,concrete,sand or soil.

 

Geocell are produced by extrusion from polyethylene resin. When the cells are opened and placed on a surface,then filled with material(soil,aggregate,etc.)the result is a uniform system of confinement for unconsolidated materials lying within each cell and preventing their movement even on steep slopes, or also from substantial dragging forces such as those exerted by hydraulic currents.

5. FIBERGLASS GRIDS

Provides Fiberglass Grids which are an exceptionally strong mesh comprising of a grid structure of fiberglass coated in a specially formulated polymer resin. Due to its high tensile strength and excellent adhesion to the asphalt layer,Fiberglass Grids are not only able to control crack growth but can also increase the pavement structures load bearing capability.

6. GEONETS

Geonets are manufactured by an extured by an extrusion method from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). The overlaying parallel strands that make up the Geonet create flow channels which are useful especially in drainage applications.

7. GEOMEMBRANDS

Provides smooth and textured Geomembranes from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). These are the preferred products for lining projects requiring low permeability, exceptional chemical and ultraviolet resistance properties.
